DELIVERY TIME

United Kingdom | 3-13 business days + 24-48 hours for processing your order.

*Please note: Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.

SHIPPING TIME CAN VARY BASED ON LOCATION, CUSTOMS AND COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS.

Providing us with error-free shipping and correct billing information will help avoid unnecessary delays and get your merchandise delivered as quickly as possible.

Here are a few tips to keep in mind:

1.) Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy.

2.) Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address. Do not enter "N/A".

3.) Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the Address Line 2 field; use the provided city and state fields instead.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER AND CANCELLATIONS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at shipping@woollyfluff.com as soon as you place your order. If we're able to cancel your order a payment provider service fee will be deducted from your refund. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. 

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers in order to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Our products are shipped from our warehouse based in Estonia.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
WoollyFluff is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, all fees imposed during delivery are our responsibility and will be refunded.

Please maintain a copy of the receipts and be ready to provide us with extra proof of purchase and paid custom duties.
