Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.
Please fully complete the returns form (write your name, email, order number on a piece of paper within the re-packaged return and reason for your return), fully package your item(s) in heavy-duty polythene i.e. thick bin bags securely taped (to protect from dirt and damage in transit) and return to the provided address.
To start a return, you can contact us at return@woollyfluff.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Damages and issues
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to the warehouse in Estonia. If you are eligible for return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Late or missing refunds (if eligible)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
